Through Community Ventures, ARCO is supporting participants with total community belonging and inclusion - helping them reach life balance alongside employment.
Participants give back to their community by interacting with and serving community groups, and enjoying entertainment, socialization and wider community exposure.
With Community Ventures, participants are able to contribute to their community in meaningful ways.

These dedicated members attend the Monroe Chamber of Commerce’s ribbon cuttings, perform special projects for the Chamber including wrapping gifts for the banquet and delivering Chamber magazines to our membership.
